Please use this bulletin as a way to confirm which day vehicles are expected to be removed from Cedar Valley Investments parking lots.
December 26th, 2024: Snow removal is occurring all day. Please have all vehicles removed from the premises and see below for time frames and instructions.
March 8th, 2024: Snow removal is occurring all day. Please have all vehicles removed from the premises and see below for time frames and instructions.

Snow Removal 2024-2025
Instructions and Schedules:
All tenants must have their vehicles completely removed from the property the day after a storm during the time slot listed below. This is essential so that proper cleaning of the lot can be completed in a safe and efficient manner. Any vehicles that are not removed during the scheduled time period for the specific property may be towed at the vehicle owner’s risk and expense, and as per the CVI Snow Removal Policy, the noncomplying tenant will be charged a $50 fee.
